Active Ingredient Description

NV DMAE is an active ingredient encapsulated in biopolymeric particles that significantly affects skin aging. Encapsulation through the technology developed by Nanovetores allows the occlusion of unpleasant odors and the stabilization of complex components to be formulated in their free form, providing improved sensorial properties to the final product. In addition, it has prolonged action, releasing the encapsulated active ingredient within 12 hours after applying the product.

As we age, nutritional precursors and chemicals that tone muscles begin to decline. A mediator that regulates muscle contractions is acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter synthesized in nerve endings from choline. Thus, DMAE works by stimulating the release of acetylcholine which, in turn, stimulates the fecal muscles, causing a tightening effect on the skin through muscle contraction.

Furthermore, DMAE has a strong anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and moisturizing action, acting significantly on skin aging.

Free DMAE has an unpleasant odor characteristic of amines. The encapsulation of the active ingredient allows the reduction of odor, allowing the formulation to be perfumed with the desired fragrance. NV DMAE has anti-aging action, reduces wrinkles and promotes increased skin firmness.
