ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
Rosehip vegetable oil stands out among other oils for presenting unique characteristics, having in its composition almost 80% of polyunsaturated essential fatty acids, with omega-6 (linoleic acid) at 44-49% and omega-3 (linolenic acid) at 28-34%, which are required in the formation of the epidermis' cell membrane structure. These essential fatty acids confer fluidity, flexibility, and cutaneous permeability. Trans-retinoic acid, also known as tretinoin (a derivative of vitamin A, retinol), present in rosehip oil, is ideal for the treatment and regeneration of the cell membrane of cutaneous tissues, helping to prevent and attenuate premature skin aging, reducing expression lines, stretch marks, and superficial wrinkles.
